Top comedians Madrat and Chiko have tasked Youtuber and critic Eddie Ssendi to apologize to Gravity Omutujju for the unnecessary comments he made over the weekend following the death of the rapper’s mother Jane Kajoina on Friday.
Gravity Omutujju was preparing himself to perform at the Konzo Night Festival organized by Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu on Friday night when he got a call that his mother had died. Eddie Ssendi, while appearing on a TV show, advised Gravity Omutujju to put aside his emotions and go on stage to perform because he badly needed the money. Many people found his comments out of pocket, calling Eddie Ssendi heartless and not putting Gravity’s pain in consideration.

“A grown up person like Ssendi fully understands the impact of his statement. He reasons like he has never lost a loved one. Even when you pay me money to do comedy after my mother has died, I will not show up. It hurts me so bad because he always has something negative to say about someone.”Â
Most people say stuff because they are looking for likes and to show people that they know and understand more than them. Let us wait for Gravity to come out of mourning and show him fire. You do not joke with Wabuyu.” They said,
