Renowned music producer Abdul Karim Muchwa alias Producer Didi has announced his return on to the music scene, this time with a mobile studio.
In June, we saw Didi openly blasting Eddy Kenzo on national television for allegedly lying to the public that he helped him. Following the different interviews, Eddy Kenzo later gave the Stamina producer money which helped him purchase latest Beat making mobile AI studio machines.
Recently Eddy Kenzo came through for me and gave me money to help me with the debts, medicine, I also used part of the money to purchase studio equipment because mine had been confiscated, paid some medical bills and also cleared the space I will be working in.
With the new equipment, Didi says the studio will be mobile and will specialize in projects that help uplift the souls of those that have lost hope in life.
“My studio will be mobile and it will mostly be used sensitizing people about the virus, preach against the stigma, gospel, motivation, films, documentaries, fundraising, making songs uplifting people.
I saved the money that people have been giving me to buy some instruments and when I get my energy back and fully recover, I would like to to approach different organizations to work with me.” he said.
We earlier reported that Didi first fell ill with the thought that he was battling chronic ulcers and pressure. When he visited the hospital for thorough checkup, he was tested and found to be HIV positive.
By announcing his status to the world, the producer aimed at community sensitization and also, seek for financial support to help with his medical bills.
He had recently been admitted but speaking to journalists, Didi shows massive improvement, thanking all the celebrities that have helped him out with the bills.
