Honorable Balaam Barugahara Attenyi has today seen arrivin at the Parliament of Uganda for vetting.
After Balaam appointed by H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in the 2024 Cabinet as ”The Minister of State for Gender, Labour and Social Development (Youth and Children Affairs) has shutdown the media, social Media and Internet in Uganda with surprise.
He has been seen attending different Media Interviews, different Gossip shows, TV interviews and the Social Media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc) with different video clips showing the transforming Balaam from the well known Orange T-Shirt to a Gentleman wear – Suits to the 2024 Parliament Carbinet of Uganda.
Balaam well known for propelling the MK Movement Campaigns of Gen Muhoozi Keinerugaba (Son of HE YK Museveni) to the 2025 Presidential Campaigns as he’s expected to be one of the Aspirants, Balaam has moved and empowered the Youth movement ”MK Movement” from Rural to urban areas, countrywide.
Balaam at the Church of Pastor, brother Ronnie at Holly City thanked Lord and praised him for this privilege earlier this Sunday Via his X Page, tweeted saying;
”Isn’t God faith full! Happy palm sunday My Chairman Gen MKeinerugaba & Mr President Mzee YK Museveni. Celebrating Palm Sunday & thanksgiving for my appointment as State Minister for Youth & Children earlier to day with Man of God Brother Ronnie at Holy City church Bwerenga.”
