Reality TV star, events MC and deejay Etania has been fired from NRG Radio over indiscipline.
In the sack letter dated 1st July, 2024, NRG revealed that the decision came after the conversation they had with the self styled Life of the Party, deciding to part ways.
“This is the final deciusion as part of the company’s disciplinary process after the end of your performance improvement plan. You are entitled to your salary up until 3rd July,” read part of the letter as they ordered Etania to return all comapny property, including IDs and the laptop to the Human Resource office on the same date.
Etania joined NRG radio in February 2023, presenting the NRG Circle IG program from Monday to Thursday 7-11 PM.
NRG also slapped Etania with some of the clauses in the contract she signed, prohibiting her from working with competition a year or revealing business information to any other parties during the process.
