Gravity Omutujju and his family have broken down as they took the microphone to pay tribute to their fallen mother, Ms. Kajoina Jane who passed away two days back at her home in Fort Portal.
The news of his mother’s death found him in Kasese where he had to perform and when he received the phone call announcing the sad news, he abandoned the show and traveled to his village. Gravity Omutujju mentioned that the late had for long suffered from sicknesses like High Blood Pressure, diabetes among others that come with old age. She was found dead in bed on Friday morning.
During the Requiem mass at the deceased’s local church today afternoon, Gravity Omutujju who was reduced to tears thanked all the mourners who had come through to sympathize with them.
“Thank you so much. We are not always around on this village but mum has always told us that you loved her and pray for us wherever we were. All those who traveled all the way from Kampala, thank you for leaving everything behind to stand with us. I do not have much to say but thank you. Many lose their loved ones and mourn alone, but you have been here.” Gravity Omutujju cried.
Ms. Jane Kajoina will be buried on Monday in Fort Portal Nyataboma village.
