Kabaka of Buganda returns home silently after Namibian Government refuses to Extend his Visa.

The King of Buganda ”Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II” has returned to Uganda in a silent mode after denial of Extend or Renewal of his Visa.

The king has been in Namibian for quite some months with a due course of receiving treatment for undisclosed illness at a Namibian Hospital.

Namibian’s Foreign Ministry said that the king had been in the country for the maximum 90 days (3Months) that his visa allows to stay, and any further stay in Namibia would be illegal.

Buganda kingdom had requested for  an extension  for the king’s stay in Namibia however the Namibian government declined it, the Kingdom said will respect Namibia’s decision.

Uganda’s embassy official in South Africa recently said , Namibian authorities were uncomfortable with growing questions over the king’s condition.

Many people from Uganda and Buganda Kingdom suspected that their king was abducted.

Two weeks ago, Buganda traditional chiefs travelled to Namibia to inquire about the king’s health sparking diplomatic concerns however the delegation was briefly detained.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, thereafter, said that his citizens were embarrassing Uganda.

As well, the King – Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II recently recorded a video telling his people  that his health was improving and expressed optimism and he will soon return back home.

Earlier today, the King was seen in a leaked video on one of landing site on Lake Victoria, sniffed and silent landing in Uganda.
