“If my people give me a chance, I can’t turn it down. If they can enjoy when I’m entertaining them, then I believe they will welcome me when I decide to speak on their behalf about the struggles they are going through,” she revealed.
Three weeks back, Nina Roz traveled to Toronto Canada alongside Hanson Baliruno for a show and talking about her political experience in comparison to what is in her country Uganda, the ‘Nwanilako’ hit maker could not stop praising how effective the systems over in Canada are.
“I saw peace in Canada. Peace doesn’t need change, it starts with us as Ugandans. The people are so peaceful, their systems are so effective. There is no struggling, no bribery and corruption that we see here,” Nina Roz added.
Nina Roz also promised to relocate if the politics in Uganda stay stagnant with no change.
“I can’t stay in a country that makes my life hard. As a youth I want to have peace in what I do, freedom of speech and earn from the works of my hands. We just hope for a new Uganda where everyone will be free and independent again,” she said.
