Singer Rickman Manrick has officially ended the two-year working relationships with Sheilah Gashumba few days after their split.
In a statement released on his X (Twitter) account, Rickman, real name Ddungu Derrick revealed that he would no longer be under Sheilah’s management before thanking her for pushing his craft.
“To my supporters, friends and family I would like to inform you that as of Monday 20th May, I will be parting ways with SG music PR management.
I would like to take this moment to thank my previous management for the opportunity, for believing in me and pushing my craft. It has been a pleasure working alongside them for the past 2 years,” read part of the statement.
Moving forward, Rickman will be represented by his team at Trent music international as he embarks on this new chapter.
On 11th May, Sheilah Gashumba shocked social media when she publicly announced split from Rickman for reasons best known to them.
The news stunned followers considering the fact that the couple had been serving couple goals not long before.
In a statement released on her socials, Sheilah noted that the breakup was a mutual decision that had taken much reflection and consideration.
She emphasized being single and how she will henceforth navigate the next chapter of her life on her own while focusing on personal growth, career aspirations, and friendships.
