Irene Ntale Describes Vinka’s Behavior As Childish; Dismisses Beef Between Them

Songstress Irene Ntale has called out Swangz Avenue artist Vinka over the comments she made in a recent interview, describing her behavior as childish.

During the media rounds for her new release ‘Mpa Nkuwe’, Irene Ntale has addressed the situation with Vinka. According to Irene Ntale, they are always laughing and joking when they meet but she is always surprised at the hate comments coming from Vinka when she is given a chance to speak on their broken friendship.

“I have no problem with Vinka because when I find her, we laugh. But what surprises me, when they send me what she has said about me, it is different. She confuses me because when she gets on TV, she claims we beef each other. We have no problem.” She told Sanyuka TV.

For a long time now, Vinka has always given her side of the story about their split, sometimes throwing subluminal shade and it is not a secret anymore that the once bestfriends are not together anymore since Irene quit Swangz Avenue to pursue a solo career in 2017.

In one of her interviews, Vinka narrated how Irene Ntale showed up at the set for their ‘Stylo’ music video shoot with an ‘attitude’ and left immediately without notice.

Fast forward, speaking to BBS TV, Irene Ntale described Vinka’s hate comments as childish, advising her to move on from the broken friendship.

“It is childish that is why I do not respond to such. If a friendship doesn’t work out, it is not the end of the world. Let it go, do not be bitter about it. We make friends and leave them because we have not worked out, wo we move on.

You can’t be talking ill about someone all the time. I have never come out to speak anything against her because it’s necessary.

I’m not against her because I can’t do what she does and vice versa,” Irene said.

Irene Ntale dismissed the allegations of beef in the music industry, citing the industry is too big for everyone to coexist.

“It is time wasting because everyone has something different to offer.

For example, it can turn out that I do not know how to dance but can sing better. And our fans love us all. They want to watch us concurrently.

So it is not a competition of who is better, has more fans, more followers; good for you if you have them, I also have mine.

I do not believe in being better than the other because you can wake up one morning when you are no more. We have a higher power that commands everything so you can’t be bragging to be better that the other because you do not have the book of life.

Everyone should be proud of what God has given them because he decides and blesses with the talent to release a song that is loved by the people. It is not your own doing but God’s.”  she said.
