A concert reuniting the legendary Ugandan all girls music trio, Blu*3 (Cindy Sanyu, Jackie Chandiru and Lilian Mbabazi) after 16 years is finally here and music fans cannot wait to groove to their good old jams that rocked the airwaves.
The much anticipated concert dubbed ‘Legends Of Sound’, is organized by Talent Africa Group and will take place at Sheraton Hotel, Kampala on the 22nd June 2024.
The historical event will be the trio’s first major concert since 2008 and will take fans down the memory lane, treating them to an unforgettable experience of good music and nostalgia.
“Finally, we can see some real music. When I heard that we were getting back together, I was looking forward to us reconnecting and sharing the same stage again,” Jackie Chandiru revealed.
Blu*3 was among the very few artists that topped charts with songs like Hitaji, Where You Are traversed across East Africa, capturing the hearts of the lovers of good music. The concert brings them back together again to witness the girls’ growth.
“I was a child when I joined Blu*3. I was just 18. I feel okay when I am with Blu 3, I be the baby I was and I love the feeling,” Cindy revealed.
