We interacted with Rako Gynius, asked him a few questions and below we share his responses.

Qtn 1. Why did you choose to be a producer?

As an artist, production is and has always been part of my creativity through different versions, stage, theater, studio and many more.

Qtn 2. What sets you apart from other artists & creatives in your field?

The essence of the flavor of my Afrotronic music (A style I am inventing) marks a difference from all other pieces.

Qtn 3. I want to be a producer or a dj or a singer… what word of wisdom do you have for me?

What I can tell you is that, a dream chooses the dreamer, the dreamer never chooses the dream. That means you are already what you wanna be that’s if you are meant to be. It’s just a matter of time to acquire the skills to execute your dreams.

Qtn 4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced, in becoming who you are becoming

Well, challenges are part of success in life. Every thing has advantages and disadvantages, so the disadvantages are my challenges. Success never ends and failure is never final.

When asked about his aspirations,  Rako shared that he wants to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Developmental Goals, and he looks up to anyone who shares this dream with him.

Rako’s most recent production is a song titled #Moreen, check it out here.
