UGANDA: BOBI WINE COMPLAINS ABOUT SPEAKER JACOB OULANYA’S DEATH

Ugandan politician HE Robert Kyagulanyi also known as ‘Former Ghetto President’ – Bobi Wine, has in a recent gathering expressed his dissatisfaction about how the government has handled matters of Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah’s death.

Jacob Oulanyah was announced dead on 20/03/2022, and is said to have died of cancer while in Seattle Washington, where he had gone for treatment.

While at a recent burial, Bobi Wine publicly expressed his displeasure that the Ugandan government allegedly spent 1.5 Billion UGX to fly Oulanyah out to Seattle, but failed to organize the deceased speaker’s timely return. While at the burial, Bobi Wine also addressed issues such as negligence of the government towards the lives of the youth, the unconcern of the Baganda towards the repetitive deaths of their youths, and he applauded the Northerners for having voiced their concern as several of Acholi youths and parliamentarians have been dying under unclear circumstances.

Robert Kyagulanyi noted that whilst many may not seem tribalistic, a trend is being noticed as various youths & leaders from notable tribes are dying mysteriously. ( Play video below to watch Bobi’s speech! In Luganda )
