Sandra Teta, a former bar and events hosts has described the Mayanja brothers as some of the kindest and loving people contrary to the picture they paint before everyone else.
Jose Chameleone, Pallaso and Weasel have not only cemented their place in the music industry but have also made a name as notorious artists. A number of times, they have been a source of criticism following bar fights and beefs.
In an interview, Teta, Weasel’s baby mama and girlfriend revealed that they are only judged because they are celebrities, but human just like everybody else.
“I do not think they are aggressive but because probably they are in everybody’s face so people have opinions on how they are.
But we all get angry. If a person does something you do not like, you are bound to react. They are emotional just like all humans but because they are celebrities, they are not expected to act like everyone else. At the end of the day, they are people.” she revealed.
Teta describes the Mayanja brothers as kind, very understanding and get along with very many people in their line of work.
“It is not easy to mingle around people like that so they have their own way of going on with it. To me I see very kind, loving and hardworking people.” she said.
In July 2022, photos of Sandra Teta’s bruised face flooded the media with reports that she had been beaten by Weasel on accusations that she had cheated and neglected their children. She later left Uganda and headed back to her parent’s home in Rwanda for a couple of months following the misunderstanding in their relationship.
Speaking about the unfortunate events, Teta made it clear that she had moved on from the saga.
“I choose not to talk about that story because it is personal, it’s family oriented and when whatever happened happened, I think the more involved parties in this thing did what was right and it is past.
I do not want to dwell in the past I’m just more of what is coming next. I believe the media had enough time to talk about it and give their opinion so we closed that chapter.” she added.
Jose Chameleone has been in the news over domestic violence accusations by wife, Daniella who is currently in the USA. The couple is separated and in a series of Instagram posts, Daniella has accused Chameleone of being abusive both physically and mentally.
In the interview, Sandra Teta refused to take sides.
“They are mature people. Chameleone is way older than me, I respect him a lot and Daniella has all the experience in marriage because she has been married for a longer time than me.
I do not know what happened in their marriage because by the time I came to settle in Uganda, Daniella was no longer in the country.
I don’t give my say because I do not know the truth because Daniella gave us her side of the story and Chameleone has not so I do not take sides.
Daniella is entitled to her opinion because she knows what she went through that’s why she speaks,” she concluded.
